About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Development Representative

to be part of our growing commercial team. You will play a key role in qualifying incoming leads by conducting initial screening calls and gathering information using a structured question set. Suitable leads will be passed to our Account Managers for follow-up meetings.


This role is ideal for someone who is curious about sales, enjoys speaking with people, and is open to exploring a future career in account management.

Key Responsibilities

Call and screen leads from our internal system or marketing campaigns Ask qualifying questions based on provided scripts to assess lead potential Record and update lead information in CRM or internal tracking tools Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Account Management team Provide basic follow-ups or reminders to unresponsive leads when needed

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
