Job Overview
We're expanding our
sales team
and looking for a
teammate,
someone curious, motivated, and ready to grow.
This role starts with supporting the team in calls and lead follow-ups, then gradually grows into managing full sales conversations and closing deals independently. If you're excited to learn
real SaaS sales fundamentals,
not just admin tasks. This is a role built for growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Calling & Lead Follow-Up
Make outbound and follow-up calls to warm and inbound leads
Qualify prospects and confirm business needs
Schedule demos and sales appointments
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Sales Support & Operations
Support pipeline tracking and deal follow-ups
Prepare demo notes, summaries, and handovers
Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and data hygiene
Learn sales scripts, workflows, and automation tools
Sales Training & Closer Development
Sit in on live sales calls and product demos
Learn discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques
Gradually handle your own sales conversations
Progress into a Sales Closer / Account Executive role based on performance
Requirements
Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and video
Fluent in
Mandarin and English
Interested in sales, business development, or SaaS
Willing to learn sales systems and processes
Comfortable with outbound calls
Nice to Have (Optional):
Experience in SaaS sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Fresh graduates or career switchers are welcome
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly income: RM3,500 - RM9,000 (base + performance-based commission)
