Job Description

The Sales Director will lead and drive sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability in the Electrical industry. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and a focus on building strong client relationships.

  • Lead and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals.
  • Manage and grow direct and channel sales, inside/outside sales, and technical service teams.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.

A successful Sales Director should have:
  • Proven leadership experience in sales across multiple industry segments (automotive, EV, semiconductors).
  • Strong background in managing distributors across different countries.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics for decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in international business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region and globally.
