• Position Title: Sales Engineer/ Sales Executive
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30 pm)
• Salary: Basic + Petrol & Parking Claim + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute well-defined sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing technical advice on existing and new products or systems.
• Support sales opportunities through presentations, customer visits, and active follow-ups.
• Ensure efficient service operation coordination between sales and operations teams.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, collaborating with relevant departments when necessary.
• Acquire new customer accounts and contribute to proposal and quotation administration.
• Offer creative alternative ideas to maximize sales opportunities.
• Participate in marketing, advertising, promotional, and publicity activities in line with corporate and product strategies.
• Gather information on market demand, competition, and the latest product developments.
• Conduct periodic sales forecasts and prepare weekly sales/contact reports.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering.
• Sales experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license (own transport preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Outgoing personality with a resourceful, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
