Have relevant after-sales work experience, be familiar with the after-sales service process, and be able to handle customer problems and complaints independently;
Have technical capabilities for major appliances, be familiar with the structure, performance and usage of major appliances, and be able to quickly solve product faults and problems;
English used for working language and can communicate in English proficiently, including speaking, listening, reading and writing;
Have good communication and coordination skills and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with customers, colleagues and superiors to assist in solving problems and completing tasks.
Responsibilities
Responsible for improving user access experience and improving call resolution rate;
Responsible for guiding the formulation of spare parts plans, improving spare parts delivery efficiency and reducing shortage of parts;
Responsible for guiding work of maintenance center, being able to discover shortcomings that affect service efficiency and provide effective solutions;
Responsible for providing training to each center in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, improving the B-side technical level and improving C-side user satisfaction.
