Job Description

Basic Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in the logistics industry.
3. Possess professional knowledge of automation equipment, or experience in planning automated production lines is an advantage.
4. Familiar with logistics operation systems, WMS & WCS.
5. Proficient in three languages: Mandarin is mandatory, English, and Malay.
6. Must hold a valid driver's license for small vehicles.

1. Develop new markets and conduct regular visits to domestic and overseas customers to gather and report market information.
2. Communicate and coordinate across departments while tracking project progress.
3. Plan and participate in international trade shows, including event planning and coordination of marketing activities (such as exhibitions, advertising, and conferences).
4. Conduct preliminary evaluations of customer contracts (including trading terms, production processes, product requirements, and after-sales service), and seek assistance from other departments when necessary to respond promptly to customer needs.
5. Prepare quotations and confirm orders to ensure on-time delivery.
6. Maintain good customer relationships.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
