JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1. Identify Business Opportunities:

Identify prospects and evaluate their position in the industry by researching and analyzing sales options.
2. Sales Development:

Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending appropriate solutions.
3. Product Knowledge:

Understand the company's products and solutions, manage, and interpret customer requirements.
4. Client Relationship Management:

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Research and recommend new opportunities and profit/service improvements.
5. Product Development:

Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
6. Reporting:

Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
7. Quality Maintenance:

Maintain the quality of sales and services by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
8. Professional Development:

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
9. Team Contribution:

Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
