Requirements

  • Possesses excellent command of Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial/Process Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant Industrial/Technical Products, with a focus on energy-saving products, sensors, controllers, and other process control instrumentation.
  • Demonstrated skills in selling, consulting, and delivering effective presentations.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Possesses a positive attitude, maturity, independence, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Technical Sales, Product Demonstrations, Customer Relationship Management, Solution Selling, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving, Communication Skills
  • Coupled with effective prioritization abilities.
  • Well-organized, with excellent time management skills and the capacity to handle multitasking.
  • A collaborative team player, capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
  • Willingness to consider less experienced candidates for the role of Technical Sales Assistant.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and consistently delivers high-quality work.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and experience with Office 365.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Leveraging technical expertise to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Formulating and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Developing compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition to clients.
  • Actively participating in pre-sales activities to ensure thorough client understanding and solution alignment.
  • Nurturing strong customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of client expectations.
  • Driving the establishment of new accounts through strategic initiatives and client engagement.
  • Ensuring the satisfaction of key accounts through attentive service and proactive problem-solving.
  • Contributing significantly to overall business success by achieving key performance indicators and sales targets.
  • And any other tasks entrusted from time to time.
