Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning, or HVAC projects or components).
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Passionate about business development and customer engagement.
• Self-driven, energetic, and resilient with a positive attitude.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing and executing project sales plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to propose effective system solutions.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products.
• Prepare timely sales forecasts, reports, and project updates.
• Manage customer accounts, including payment follow-up and collection plans.
