Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure high satisfaction
Provide product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries
Consolidate customer requirements and report to the Manager
Support pre- and post-sales activities
Communicate technical information effectively across customers, distributors, and internal teams
Prepare accurate sales quotations
Conduct product presentations to prospective clients
Liaise with HQ and regional offices on customer/distributor matters
Prepare daily, monthly, and project-related reports
Conduct market research on customer growth, trends, and competitive landscape
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Education:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 7 years in system integration and factory automation
Proven experience as an engineer or sales engineer
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Chinese, Malay, and/or Hokkien is a plus
Able to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Valid driving license and ability to travel overseas for short-term business trips

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
