Responsibilities
Foster and strengthen relationships with existing customers by offering product proposals, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support.
Drive new business development through market research, identifying customer requirements, and presenting tailored proposals.
Build customer trust by understanding their challenges and delivering effective solutions.
Work closely with internal teams (technical and development) to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Min. 3 years' B2B sales experience (industrial/plastics preferred)
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in English (Malay/Chinese a plus)
Strong relationship-builder, proactive, and results-driven
