Introduction

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about lowering carbon emissions in the built environment through smart energy management. This is achieved using our ENX(TM) Sustainability AI platform, which integrates IoT sensors and intelligent controls to:

Monitor energy usage Optimize ACMV, lighting, and plug loads Manage air quality, occupancy, and water quality Monitor data center infrastructure Report sustainability KPIs in real-time
With its modular architecture, the ENX(TM) Sustainability AI can be implemented as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new construction projects, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses, seamlessly integrating with existing BMS infrastructure. Customers have seen up to a 40% reduction in energy consumption.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Closing:

Engage potential clients (building owners and facility managers) to understand their technical needs, sustainability objectives, and budget. Identify key decision-makers and their goals. Collaborate with the Design Engineering team to scope and revise project proposals. Present proposals, emphasizing benefits, technical capabilities, and alignment with client objectives. Negotiate technical requirements and commercial terms. Finalize orders and hand over to Field Engineering for implementation. Track progress in CRM throughout pre-sales and closing stages.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with building owners and facility managers. Generate leads for upselling and future projects. Secure contracts from existing clients for SaaS renewals.

Job Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience, preferably in building services or enterprise software Strong interpersonal and communication skills, passion for technology, ability to work independently, highly organized with strong attention to detail Willing to travel to client sites within Singapore and Johor, Malaysia; preferably own transport and driving license

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
