Job Description

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Working hour: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key responsibilities:

Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule. Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents. Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. Submits orders. Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience

in IT solutions, pre-sales, sales engineering, or related roles. Knowledge and hands-on exposure to

IT infrastructure products

. Good understanding of the

products or services being sold

and the ability to explain technical features and benefits clearly to customers. Able to

understand customer technical requirements

and demonstrate how proposed solutions meet business and operational needs. Experience working closely with

sales representatives, account managers, and cross-functional teams

to develop and execute sales strategies. Strong

problem-solving

and

system integration

capabilities.

Qualifications & Other Requirements

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in

IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

. Possess

own transport

and willing to

travel outstation

when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
