Promote and market the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Identify and approach new business opportunities, including walk-in customers, dealers, and end users.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer inquiries.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including presentations, negotiations, and closing of sales.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection and resolve any related issues.
Collaborate with the Product Division to obtain accurate product information, pricing, technical support, and quotation procedures.
Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Perform other duties and assignments as delegated by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
