• To promote and sell products, solutions, and services to top customers for the assignedindustries/customers to meet the yearly sales target and objectives. To grow and develop the business in aspecific industry. Maintain existing customer within the assigned industries and explore new customersand opportunities.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Daily duties or performed on regular basis
• Market and promote our products and services to existing customers.
• Meeting customer e.g., courtesy, project related, etc.
• Meeting and build up rapport with the customer (CRM).
• Assign for Pasir Gudang base customer territory.
• Cold call for follow up purposes e.g., quotation follow up.
• Make sales call - ask for enquiries, make appointment and quotation follow-up.
• Technical discussion and strategic product presentation on products.
• Technical Information and commercial negotiation.
• To collaborate and liaise with E+H internal group function e.g., CoC SG, GCAM, GPAT, GPME on
• technical, pricing and strategies.
• Develop and drive the FMS and IMS business at the acquisition stage.
• Be the liaison with the support Centre e.g., CoC FMS and SEAC in Singapore to promote FMS and IMS
• business in Malaysia.
• Focus on Oil and Gas Industry initially and extend to other industries such as Palm Oil in future.
• Work together Proposal team on tender preparation and submission, technical clarification and
• negotiation with factory when necessary.
• Obtain and analyze market information.
• Follow-up on payment from customer.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
• Other duties will be outlined in the yearly target meeting.

Periodic duties

• Reporting Sales visit in SFDC.
• Claim preparation & submission.
• Prepare Sales forecast report monthly.
• Review on account planning and action plan monthly.
• Prepare annual budget.

Periodic duties

• Duties performed on irregular basis
• Resolving issue on project execution with project team.
• To build customer relationship through social events.
• Perform site visit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering 3-5 years of experience in industrial
• Higher Diploma / Diploma automation
• Product and Application knowledge
• Good knowledge on related Industry is essential.
• Good understanding of market development and customer.
• Sales Experience is essential.
• Good process knowledge will be an added advantage.
