Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and open new markets
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to customer and prospective customer
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements including planning and modifying products to meet customer needs
- Helps clients to solve problems with installed equipment
- Develop and maintain good relationship with prospective customers, new customers and existing customers
- Persuade customer on the excellence of our products and services
- Establish a customer database and relevant tools to manage sales activities, opportunities and pipeline.
- Prepare monthly sales report, annual sale target and yearly market planning
- Meet established sales quota and revenue goals
Qualification:
- Possess a Diploma, Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering field
- At least 1 year of working experience and proven record in sale for engineering products
- Knowledgeable in engineering products applications such as:
Centrifugal Pump
Gear/Lobe Pump
Vacuum Pump
Compressor
Plate Heat Exchanger
Actuator
Valve
Tubes and Fittings
-Experience in dealing business with General Industries such as:
Pharmaceutical
Semiconductor
Printing and Packaging
Food and Beverage
Personal Care
Brewery
Palm Oil and Oleo Chemical, etc.
Chemical
- Able to deliver presentations and integrate technical knowledge and selling skills
- Good command of English in writing, speaking, and reading
- Good in pricing and negotiating skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
