Our client, a reputable provider of industrial gases and engineering solutions, is expanding its operations in Johor and is seeking a
Sales Engineer
to strengthen customer relationships, grow new markets, and drive sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales within existing customer accounts and build long-term partnerships
Identify and develop new markets, projects, and business opportunities
Provide technical and commercial solutions to improve customers' operational efficiency
Attend to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales activities
Conduct product and equipment demonstrations with support from technical teams
Monitor market trends and report competitor activities and intelligence
Support pricing proposals, agreements, and tender / bid submissions
Monitor outstanding payments and assist with debt collection where required
Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives set by management
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
Minimum
1 year of B2B corporate sales experience
Industry exposure will be considered in the following order of priority:
Industrial / Medical / Specialty Gases
Semiconductor / Electronics customers
Industrial products
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
Self-motivated, task-driven, and results-oriented
Able to work independently while being a strong team player
Willing to be based in
Johor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
