Generate new business opportunities by managing incoming enquiries, preparing cost analyses, and delivering compelling, competitive quotations.
Assess project feasibility and propose profitable engineering solutions aligned with company capabilities.
Assist Engineering in preparing DFM and SRD for the customer prior to quotation submission.
From a summary of costing after gathering details and compiling data to estimate all production costs, considering raw materials, labour, equipment, and tooling, submit a quotation to the customer upon management approval.
Proactively follow up on RFQ progress for both NPI and mass production to secure orders and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports for strategic planning.
Meeting with the customer for a new RFQ and completing the RFQ on time.
Collaborate with technical teams to create solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Participate in client debriefs to identify opportunities for improvement and future business growth.
Communicate customer requirements and agreed terms clearly to internal teams during project confirmation and kick-off.
Coordinate project delivery with internal teams to meet customer schedules.
Perform other duties as assigned.
