Hakko Products is looking for a resourceful, dependable and passionate Sales Engineer in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will be sourcing for new customer pool and strengthening our brand presence in the area. This position requires initiative, independence, ability to learn quickly, ability to manage relationships effectively, and superb communication skills. . In this position, you will need to: Implement and achieve sales target by developing and directing effective sales channels Plan and conduct sales visits and customer calls Service existing client and expand the customer base Provide product demonstrations and maintenance services Propose product solutions according to customers\' requirements Develop and manage local market, and execute new marketing initiatives to increase market share Build quality relationship with customers and managers Keep up with changes in the market and industry, and the changes in customers\' needs Desired skills/ Requirements Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent Min 2-3 Year(s) of relevant experience in equipment and/or solution sales in manufacturing environment. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Fast-learner, disciplined, independent and result-oriented Possess own vehicle
