Job Description


Job Purpose: Technical Support to Sales, working directly as the key interface between Sales and Customer in designing and delivering technical solutions that drive customer satisfaction. Qualification & Requirements: - Minimum STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering/ Computer/ Telecommunication), Computer Science / IT/ Networking or equivalent. - Minimum 5-10 years of relevant technical expertise in telecommunications infrastructure solution design \xe2\x80\x93 internet, broadband, leased line, data centre, cloud etc. - Passionate about creating innovative-added-value solutions for customers, results driven and able to collaborate well with others. - Proactive, positive, self-directed, result driven and able to work with minimum supervision. - Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills to solve technical issues. - Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage. - Mobile and able to travel when requested to. Main Responsibilities: - Supporting sales colleagues with effective solution selling into prospect account base. - Partner with sales colleagues to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles. - Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity. - Successfully match customer challenges to proposed solutions. - Create and deliver powerful presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the Company value proposition. - Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI /RFQ responses. - Effectively communicating Client needs internally within the Organisation to allow for potential future Product and Network enhancements - Collect and document competitive intelligence. - Collaborate closely with the company\xe2\x80\x99s Operations and Procurement Team to ensure the Solution Design is delivered and made ready for service to the customer on-time and within allocated budget. General Responsibilities: - Drive and champion the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Governance, Corporate Vision and Mission, and Corporate Objectives. - Encourage and promote a healthy working culture with a sense of high integrity and good work ethic. - Provide relevant support to the team from time to time as instructed by the Superior and/or Management.
We are a fully licensed operator for the whole of Malaysia, based in Kuching holding three licenses awarded by the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC/SKMM) namely; Network Facilities Provider (NFP), Network Service Provider (NSP) and Application Service Provider (ASP). These licenses are the required enablers for us to become a key telecommunications service provider in Sarawak, providing a solid base on which we build our global ambition.
