Sales Engineer
Job Description
Key Duties: Increase sales in assigned territory. Promote company products to targeted customers. Provide first-level application support to customers. Other Duties: Efficiently manage customers, territory, and time with urgency. Timely technical support response, energizing customers through planned visits, ROIR focus, and follow-ups. Act as the primary contact for customer complaints and feedback. Implement an excellent after-service follow-up program for customer satisfaction and feedback collection. Maximize value for customers, distributors, and sales channel partners through professional selling and services. Prepare timely sales and technical services reports. Perform additional tasks assigned by management Based in Kota Damansara Qualifications: Position open only to Malaysian Citizens. Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and final testing. Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Willingness to extensively travel locally and internationally. Independent self-starter with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
