We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join the team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing client relationships, and selling our products and services. Working Location
- Iskandar Puteri, Johor
- Design custom affirms solutions based on a client\'s business priorities and technical capabilities.
- Deliver presentations to prospect technical/management teams to articulate the service\'s value proposition.
- Compile sales document generation, proposals, statements of work, and supporting documentation.
- Working cross-functionality with many teams internally.
- Support existing clients\' inquiries, purchase orders, deliveries, and issues or feedback.
- Provide sales and first-level technical support to all clients\' inquiries.
- Understanding problems or client briefs and developing solutions that satisfy them.
- Understand clients\' needs and competitors in order to develop a strategy to win sales.
- To identify and explore business opportunities and expand market share.
- Attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to network with others and stay on top of field advancements.
- Develop a unique and informative sales platform by industrial segment, using internal resources and data to create an engineering approach to sales.
- Create costing, quotations, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- To follow up, communicate, correspond, and provide an accurate report on time to respective principals or suppliers, or manufacturers on clients and market status with concern from management.
- Perform technical support/site visits to meet the project requirement and when required by customers or the company.
- Support the company to execute project management and monitoring at the site for any contract or project secured by the company.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Industrial, Computer) or any equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in industry automation with project development knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical knowledge of products and services in the field of Engineering or related industries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Monday to Friday
- Iskandar Puteri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
