Maintain good customer relationship with all existing customers and increase customer shares, with create customers\xe2\x80\x99 need that improve customers\xe2\x80\x99 productivity.

Aggressively explore the given territory to identify new segments & new customers who could benefit from the assigned products, generate new sales opportunities.
Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation\xe2\x80\xa6etc. to identify and fulfill customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders.
Gains customers\xe2\x80\x99 acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements in products.
Periodically perform SWOT analysis for own territory, competition analysis, potential market volume, current market share and customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback.
Prepares sales activities reports timely and accurately by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends.
Cooperate with credit & finance department to improve the performance of receivables collection & reduce overdue.
Cooperate with service operation and business support teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Degree or diploma holders from engineering background.
Good in presentation skill, computer literate (Words, Excel, Power Points etc).
Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.
Industrial equipment sales handling.
Good working attitude & persistency in pursuing own goals.
Analytical person with innovative problem-solving ability.
Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
Able to speak in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
