• Manage existing accounts, update sales pipelines, and CRM.
• Establish new accounts and plan sales call schedules.
• Identify customer requirements and support marketing campaigns.
• Present product and technical information to customers.
• Drive and manage project pipelines.
• Provide technology evaluations and act as a key technical advisor.
• Represent products at events and train customer staff.
• Conduct negotiations to secure agreements.
• Analyze cost-benefit ratios and propose improvements.
• Prepare cost estimates and gain customer acceptance.
• Maintain records of customer communication and sales activity in CRM.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Chemical / Chemical Engineering or related field
• Knowledge on Control Instrumentation System (sensors, transmitters)
• Knowledge on Data communication protocol (fieldbus, TCP/IP, Analog & Digital output signals)
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a Technical sales Environment
• Self-starter with a proactive approach
• Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills
• Willing to travel (within Malaysia)
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
• Valid driving license
