Requirements

• Proven track record in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably at least 2-3 years within the sales industry
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels for product demonstration and training
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their unique requirements
• Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Prepare accurate and compelling sales proposals and presentations
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams for company exhibition
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on all client enquiries and orders
