Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage existing accounts and build strong long-term relationships. Develop new business by identifying potential customers and planning sales calls. Maintain and update CRM with customer and sales pipeline data. Provide technical consultation and present product solutions to customers. Actively manage project pipelines and support customers through all sales stages. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and represent solutions at seminars/conferences. Negotiate effectively to achieve win-win agreements with customers. Prepare cost-benefit analyses and proposals tailored to customer requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field). Minimum

2 years of experience

in technical sales or a similar role. Knowledge of basic PLC systems, automation, electrical, or mechanical integration. Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage projects and influence stakeholders effectively. Willingness to travel for customer visits. Must possess a valid driving license.

Preferred:

Experience in technical equipment sales within the manufacturing sector.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
