MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Sales SupportCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and offer appropriate technical solutions. Deliver detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Assist the sales team in qualifying leads based on technical feasibility.

Solution DevelopmentCollaborate with customers to understand their technical challenges and design custom solutions using Yokogawa products. Coordinate with internal engineering and customer service teams to ensure solutions align with customer expectations and technical viability.

Product ExpertiseMaintain an in-depth knowledge of Yokogawa products and their applications across various industries. Stay updated on new developments, product advancements, and industry trends to better address customer needs.

Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process. Address customer technical concerns and provide ongoing support. Handle sales inquiries, follow up on sales quotations, and negotiate terms of sale. Manage corrective actions during warranty periods as needed.

Proposal and DocumentationPrepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, product specifications, and implementation plans. Review and draft contracts to ensure technical aspects are clearly defined and meet customer requirements.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and industry trends to support product improvements and innovations.

Post-Sales SupportOffer technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after product implementation. Conduct product training sessions for customers to ensure effective usage of Yokogawa products

Other ActivitiesEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards, along with company policies and procedures

Requirements:A Degree or Diploma in any discipline of Engineering Experience in making training presentation for customers Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to perform under pressure. Integrity and trustworthiness to ensure full compliance with company ethics Strong believer of team work with skills of influencing Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively
