Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Experience: 1-2 years working experience in sales, automation, or industrial equipment. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge in PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, or industrial control systems. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Other Requirements:
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automation, robotics, and control system markets. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and system integrators. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Technical Support

Work closely with engineering teams to prepare quotations, system designs, and technical documentation. Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages. Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate automation solutions.

3. Project Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Follow up on project progress, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

4. Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies in automation and industrial control systems. Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement in product and service offerings.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
