Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Organise sales visit, trade exhibitions, conference and meeting.
Follow up customer enquiry, quotation, sales order and delivery arrangement.
Handle after sales activity-customer complaints, RMA & technical service.
Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management info.
Conduct technical product presentation, resolve and answer technical question arise by customer.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin , Bahasa Malaysia(Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with HQ - Taiwan.)
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Possess own transportation and willing to travel
Post requirement is station in Selangor, open for optional consideration who intend station in Penang/Johor
