The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our M&E solutions, particularly in HVAC, ACMV systems, Building Automation, and Facility Management services. You will be responsible for client engagement, proposal development, and closing strategic sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company's full range of M&E solutions including HVAC, ventilation, automation, and facility management systems.
Understand client requirements, assess technical feasibility, and develop customized proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams for accurate scoping, costing, and technical support.
Manage pre-sales activities including site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and building owners.
Prepare tender submissions and attend negotiation meetings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within the project and service segments.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, ACMV, or M&E services.
Good understanding of air-conditioning systems, building automation, plumbing, or facility management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and tender specifications.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites or client premises.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Familiarity with high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of energy management, district cooling, or environmental conditioning systems.
Experience working with consultants and tender committees.
CRM tools and MS Office proficiency.
