To attend inquiries calls from consultants/clients/developers.
Prepares, follow up and processing of sales quotation and tenders.
To prepare Summary of Brief Specification.
To prepare requisitions for pricing from contractors/suppliers.
To compile all the budgets in Cost of Summary for the management to review and obtain approval.
To prepare and formally present tender bids.
Do follow ups with clients and update on the tender progress.
To manage consultants feedback and maintain relationship with the consultants.
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting (weekly).
To promote company products and services.
To manage key account customers and develop new business.
To develop new business opportunities and achieve sales and growth.
To attend tender interviews and clarification meetings and submit clarifications reports.
To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customer.
Responsible to arrange visits all potential customers and close deal.
Responsible for gathering information about market and competitors from the field.
To assist in negotiating of LA's terms & Conditions together with Legal Department.
In early phases of projects, attend kick-off meetings and regular site meetings.
To perform additional tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
