Sales Engineer / Sales Executive

Job Description
To drive sales of our fire detection, alarm, and suppression system solutions. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities : Sales & Client Management:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial, commercial, and construction sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, and contractors. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to understand requirements and promote solutions.
Technical Support & Solution Selling:
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and system design recommendations tailored to client needs. Liaise with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and compliance with industry standards (e.g., NFPA, BOMBA). Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including system demonstrations and troubleshooting.
Market & Project Coordination:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities in the fire safety and protection space. Coordinate closely with project and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist in tender submissions and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field. 2-5 years of experience in technical sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to work independently and travel as required.
