About the role

Ideatect Concept' is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in driving & maximize sales and supporting the delivery of upcoming & ongoing projects for our growing company.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Manage the full sales cycle, from lead & potential customers to closing deals Liaise with clients/customers to understand their needs and provide solutions and service Maintain accurate records, paperwork report and sales forecasting data Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as suppliers/sub contractor/any relevant party to ensure successful project delivery meet the deadline given Identify and understand behavior of new sales opportunities from customer needs. Provide excellent customer service and build strong rapport with other parties involved.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or project coordination role, preferably within the Sales industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Higher qualification in a relevant field (architecture/civil/construction/interior design) is preferred
