Job Summary

:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate in sales and marketing activities within the industrial sector. Call and visit customers to generate new business opportunities and handle potential inquiries. Prepare proposals and quotations for clients within the given deadline. Conduct company presentations for new and potential clients. Attend and assist in exhibitions within Malaysia and overseas to promote company products. Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities and partnerships.Achieve sales targets for the assigned product line. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and attend sales meetings. Follow up on quotations and secure purchase orders. Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales service, ensuring strong customer relationships. Work closely with the Project & Production Departments for seamless project execution

Qualifications Required:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Mechatronic Engineering.

Work Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in Fans & Blowers, Air Handling Equipment, Exhaust Ventilation & Filtration Systems, or other industrial machinery and equipment. Strong network and contacts in the manufacturing and process industries.

Willing to travel nationwide and adapt to challenging site conditions.

Responsive, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of good sales performance and achieving targets. Preferably aged 28 to 40 years old. Good communication skills in English (Malay and Mandarin are an added advantage).
