Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: Shah Alam, Selangor. Reporting to: Head of Department, Sales & Marketing. Generate business plans for market positioning and new market penetration. Generate sales and marketing report and accurate forecast. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within assigned territory. Actively visit customers and business partners to build and grow individual networking within the business area. (Finding new potential clients, business partners). Meet sales target (as minimum) and to exceed sales target as agreed at the beginning of each quarter. Conduct and provide company/product sales presentation to customer. Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments. Provide technical support which to find the best solution and meet client expectation. Provide planning and strategy for new business opportunity (retrofit, project and long-term service agreement). Researching competitor\'s products and pricing as well as market conditions. Liaise effectively with all departments within organization to ensure customer requirements are met and order on track. Closely follow up for bid submission (new business). To equip technical and commercial knowledge in our products to create value for company, principals, and clients. To perform ad-hoc assignment if required. Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills. The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
