Responsibilities:
Summarize daily results and plan the next day's actions before end of workday.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Prepare daily sales records and reports for submission to the Sales Manager.
Identify, resolve, and report on customer issues, product claims, and operational challenges.
Investigate product claims, including fact confirmation, cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
Propose and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence of issues.
Participate in company activities and initiatives as required.
