What You'll Do

As our

Sales Engineer

, you'll be more than just a salesperson -- you'll be a

trusted advisor

and

technical expert

helping our clients bring their projects to life. Your key responsibilities include:

Staying ahead of trends in

smart lighting and IoT-based illumination technologies

Identifying and growing business opportunities with both

existing and new customers

Providing

technical expertise

and tailored lighting solutions to meet client needs Preparing and managing

tenders, quotations

, and

project proposals

Conducting

engaging product demos

and

commercial presentations

Building lasting relationships through

networking and industry events

Working closely with internal teams to ensure

smooth project delivery

Achieving and exceeding

sales targets and KPIs

Generating accurate

sales reports and forecasts

Taking on

ad hoc tasks

and contributing ideas for team improvement

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum 2 years of experience

in related industries (lighting, electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering) A degree in

Engineering

(

Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical,

or

Mechatronics)

Own transport and valid driving license; willing to travel when needed Excellent communication in

English and Malay

(Mandarin is a plus) Comfortable working both independently and in a

team-driven environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

Strong knowledge of

lighting systems

and illumination standards Familiarity with

CAD software

,

Dialux

, or

lighting design tools

Proficiency in

MS Office

(Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) A

"can-do" attitude

, curiosity for new tech, and hunger to grow
