• Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience in mechanical engineering and ability to understand 2-D engineering drawings.
• Good computer skills especially in MS Office Software.
• Possess excellent personal interaction skill.
• Initiative, Meticulous and Detailed.
• Able to work independently with the team and committed.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Regional Traveling may be needed.
• Possesses own transport and a valid driving license is recommended.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

• To Monitor customers weekly/monthly forecast and demand
• To attend to customer changes/urgent demand for SOP delivery,sample request, all others enquiries (Document related)
• To attend & resolved customer quality issue/ feedback/ complaints / ac-hoc issue
• Review the Request For Quote (RFQ) eg drawings & specification & send to the affiliated factory & suppliers for their quotations.
• Assist in preparing the price & cost analysis for the management's review and approval.
• Understand the customers' requirements and coordinate with internal departments or suppliers pertaining to project activities and order fulfillment.
• To prepare & submit weekly and monthly reports. Eg Forecast reports, Sales .
• Sales monthly presentation may be required.
• Visit & manage the customer accounts delicately. Maintain good relationship with the Customers and Suppliers.
• Perform Ad hoc duties assigned by Assistant Sales Manager & above.
