Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while promoting our innovative and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's products and services to new and existing clients (HydroBall's Automatic Tube Cleaning System (online ATCS) Integrated With HVAC systems)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing & Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development (minimum [2-5] years preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel (if required
Preferred Chinese speaker
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
