Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct product presentations and design proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing quotations and technical information.
- Maintain excellent customer service and relations.
- Meet sales volume and margin quotas.
- Minimize risks and maintain cost efficiency.
- Inspire and motivate the team for aggressive sales.
- Develop new accounts through networking and referrals.
- Present key selling points, features, and benefits.
- Successful negotiation at the executive level.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years in technical or HVAC sales.
- Professional and positive image.
- Self-motivated with a knack for creating and responding to opportunities.
- Learning agility, strong communication skills, discipline, and integrity.
