The Sales Engineer will be reporting to the Head of Sales and is responsible to be the facilitate sales process and provide technical support in sales demonstration to clients and commercial team. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
To operate and manage lab activities and testing efficiency.
To meet and present to consultant / architect on waterproofing products and applications
To trouble-shooting with customers on product issue at batching plants and job site; advise technical proposal / solution.
To build-up close relationship with customers, especially Technical Manager / QC Manager / Optimization Manager.
To foresee the change of market need in terms of cement and materials; prepare for analysis and development.
To provide product training to commercial team and customers.
To responsible for all existing / new product performance meeting customer and project needs.

Bachelor/Master Degree level orientated in Construction/Civil engineering
Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in cement industries with knowledge in concrete technology and field troubleshooting.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently, self-driven and a positive attitude
Comprehension in writing and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Fluent in English a plus
