Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team and help accelerate our business growth.Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
Building Relationships
Provide a high level of customer service to address their needs and concerns.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations. Tailor pitches to customer needs, highlighting value.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with customers. Finalize and close sales contracts.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain the sales pipeline, and update customer interactions in CRM systems. Generate sales reports and provide forecasts to management.
Market Research & Feedback
Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Gather customer feedback and relay it to product or marketing teams.
Customer Support & Follow-up
Address customer queries, complaints, and follow up after sales. Maintain customer satisfaction and help build long-term loyalty.
Benefit :

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
