Responsible to meet sales targets and grow the sales accounts.
Respond to sales enquiries and quotation.
Develop new market and business opportunities while retain existing and regain loss businesses.
Actively enhancing customer experiences and service performance by managing proactive and reactive cases for assigned key accounts.
Assist with rate negotiation for freight enquiries and adopt a pro-active approach for timely chances in contractual terms and filling rates.
Collaborate with Customer Services & Operations team to achieve optimum loading level.
Prepare sales reports.
Follow up outstanding payment from customers.
Perform other additional tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Preferable Mandarin speaker as you will have to be cooperative and customer oriented.
At least Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Logistic
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Possess at least 1 years of experiences in shipping lines sales.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Well verse in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
