Identify, prospect, and secure new clients to expand the company's market presence.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales performance reports.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Team & Customer Support
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Support the Sales Manager in mentoring and guiding junior sales staff (for Asst. Sales Manager role).
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
Sales Executive: Min 3 years of sales experience (food supply).
Assistant Sales Manager: 3-5 years of proven sales experience with some leadership responsibilities.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-driven, with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Other:
Willingness to travel.
