Job Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential B2B clients (salons, beauty stores, distributors, retailers).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand market reach.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Sales experience is an added advantage, especially in the beauty, cosmetics or FMCG industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Must have own transport.
Language: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin). Knowledge of English and Malay is an added advantage.
Female candidates are preferred.
Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
