  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Kuala Lumpur market, focusing on building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels of client organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Effectively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet market demands.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
