MohonKelayakanOverview:As a Sales Executive specializing in the bakery segment, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the bakery industry. You will focus on building and maintaining relationships with bakeries, patisseries, cafes, bakery ingredient shop and other establishments to promote our bakery products and solutions. This role requires a passion for the culinary arts, a deep understanding of bakery operations, and excellent sales and communication skills.Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree preferably , Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales within the bakery industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of bakery operations, ingredients, equipment, and techniques.
• Passion for baking and a genuine interest in culinary arts and food trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions.
• Results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in RM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target bakeries and other bakery-related businesses, identifying key decision-makers and establishing relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs and preferences, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to bakery clients, providing product recommendations, demonstrations, and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
• Present our bakery products and offerings to bakery owners, chefs, and managers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing agreements, contracts, and terms of sale with bakery clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral for the bakery segment.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., product development, customer service) to ensure seamless implementation, delivery, and support for bakery clients.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with bakery professionals, showcase our products, and generate leads.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations, food safety standards, and emerging bakery trends to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
