Job Responsibilities:

• \xef\xbb\xbfResponsible for developing new opportunities and expanding US and Europe market.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Responsible for building customer relationships with the ultimate goal of increasing businesses.
• Gather market information to evaluate our market positions and market share.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Responsible for day-to-day business development-related project management and serve as key person between internal work counterparts.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Determine key business development KPIs.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Job Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbfMinimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in any field..
• Familiar with US and Europe market and understand US customer needs.
• Sales oriented and team player.
• Experience in industry related business development.
• Fluent in mandarin as the role required to deal with mandarin speaking client.
• Willing to work at Bandar Botanic, Klang.
