Identify and approach prospective dealers through online research, referrals, or on-ground scouting.
Present Mr. Absorber's dealer program, product portfolio, and brand advantages.
Support the dealer onboarding process, including registration, documentation, and activation.
2. Manage Existing Dealer Accounts
Maintain regular communication with active dealers for restocks, order planning, and general assistance.
Respond promptly via calls, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings.
Ensure dealers feel supported and appreciated to encourage consistent sales growth.
3. Achieve Sales Targets
Carry out sales initiatives focused on dealer performance to meet monthly/quarterly goals.
Identify high-potential dealers and collaborate with them to increase order volume.
Suggest product bundles or promotional deals to help boost their sales.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Coordination
Assist dealers with order placement, payment processing, and tracking deliveries.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
Resolve issues related to incorrect items, stock delays, or product complaints.
5. Dealer Site Visits
Conduct routine visits to dealer shops/outlets.
Review product displays, brand visibility, and overall engagement.
Gather on-ground feedback directly from dealers.
6. Product Knowledge & Support
Update dealers on new products, pricing adjustments, and limited-stock items.
Provide marketing materials such as catalogues or brochures when required.
Offer basic product guidance or connect them to the technical team for advanced support.
7. Reporting & Record Management
Maintain an up-to-date database of dealer information and engagement activities.
Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports on sales performance and dealer coverage.
Highlight potential challenges or field insights for internal review.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales or dealer management (preferably B2B).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable engaging with people.
Independent, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Willing to travel frequently for dealer visits and follow-ups.
Knowledge of automotive or aftermarket parts is an added advantage.
