Job Description

Operations



Business Development. Client Relationship Management. Sales And Revenue Growth. Coordination and Support with inter department for customer best services. Reporting and Documentation compliances. Ensure timely collection.

Communication



Communication within departments for all information, objectives, status and other issues as necessary to business operation. Work together with various internal stakeholder to provide short-term strategy and long-term strategy to maximize company profits. Face-to-face meeting essentially build trust with clients.

Strategy and future planning including:



Build a strong, marketing-oriented team capable of consistently defending company bottom line. Maintain an effective communication, action, and accountability to all our customers. Mentor, coaching our Customer Service team on our customers requirement and managing their account.

Continuous Improvement



Always attentive and flexible to adapt with management goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
